    Customer Service Consultant - Japanese Skills, 12 Months Contract, West, Attractive Salary!!!.


    Responsibilities:

    Our client is a leader in it's field, with a significant presence in the market. Continued growth has seen a requirement for an experienced Multilingual Customer Service Consultant (Japanese / English language skills) to join this Global Giant.


    1) In this Helpdesk role you will be providing 1st level application support to multilingual customers.
    2) Support will be provided via telephone and email.
    3) You will be required to monitor email queues and provide back up for 2nd level queues.
    4) This role requires the use of acquired problem determination skills to identify, resolve or escalate end-user problems in a multi-processing environment of complex systems and/or applications.
    5) You will be required to document all problems, status updates and resolution for tracking and trend analysis.
    6) You will be expected to work a rotating roster and provide hours that are in-country for the accounts supported.

    Due to continued expansion and development they seek a top quality Retail Operations Manager for there Japanese business which currently has 30 stores which will double over the next 3 years. Reporting back to the Sydney based Asiapacific retail director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business including continual enhancement of customer satisfaction; maximising revenue through effective team recruitment, management and training; expense control and administration; inventory management; KPI analysis and strategic and competitor awareness. Building and maintaining key relationships with major stake holders is also a significant aspect of the role.


    The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a track record of sales achievement and success in a senior Multi-site Management position and possess a sound understanding of general retail business practices. This could have been achieved in a high volume customer service environment such as specialty retail or fast food. Key areas of importance include the ability to: communicate strategies and plans using everyday language and examples; inspire a sense of direction and purpose in others and manage using KPI's and set objectives, as well as external and internal relationship management at an operational level. Excellent influencing, negotiating and communications skills, high levels of personal confidence and self-sufficiency, proven time management, together with advanced financial and KPI analysis capabilities and exceptional change management skills are also important.


    Further development and expansion of stores throughout Japan is a key function of the role and international career opportunities are a real possibility pending your success. The ability to speak Japanese is seen as essential. The salary package includes a negotiable base salary around $200,000 per annum along with appropriate relocation expenses.
