    AJBA Cocktail Event  

    The Australia Japan Business Association (AJBA) cordially invites you to attend a cocktail event featuring an expert look at Japan at a turbulent time on Thursday April 02, 2009.

    With Dr. Malcolm Cook,East Asian Program Director at the Lowy Institute and an expert on the region's political economy, as guest speaker, this event will provide a rare insight into the current political and economic climate in Japan as it grapples with the repercussions of an unprecedented downturn. This is an ideal chance to assess the environment in a country that remains one of Australia's most important trading partners, as well as an excellent networking opportunity.

    This AJBA Cocktail Event will be held at The Observatory Hotel, 89-113 Kent Street, Sydney. Registration will open at 18:45 - 19:00, with the evening running from 19:00 through to 21:00.

    All AJBA events are open to members and non-members.
